Our Inside Sales Representatives play a key part in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to our valued clients. You will promote and sell our services for our customers, answer questions, set up appointments, answer emails and call social media inquiries. The ideal candidate is a motivated and persuasive individual with a passion for sales, outstanding customer service, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, create sales presentations, and perform necessary follow-up for closing the sale.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Actively follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure timely and effective conversion into sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Required Skills/Abilities/Certifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the fire and life safety industry.
• Proficiency in SalesForce
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A self-motivated and resilient attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
